Shipments to Ireland :
the prices in our catalogue and online-shop include 16% German VAT , due
to European tax laws we are obliged to charge 21% Irish VAT instead, hence
prices on your invoice will be 4,3 % higher.

Methods
of payment for customers inside the EU:
* Cash On Delivery:
You can pay cash when the parcel is delivered to your door, normal fee
is 13,- EURO if the parcel is sent by UPS, however there are some exceptions
according to the laws and regulations in the respective countries.
U.K.:
For COD deliveries minimum charges for UPS are as follows :Freight 20
,- EURO per order + 13,- EURO cod-fee (over 1200,- it`s 1% of invoice
value)
Ireland:
COD only possible with UPS, that means an extra of 20 ,- EURO for delivery
and 13,- EURO (or 1% of the invoice amount) for collection of money. No
checks are accepted. .
Greece:
COD only possible with UPS, that means an extra of 25,- or 43,- EURO
for delivery and 13,- EURO (or 1% of the invoice amount) for collection
of money.
No checks are accepted (depends on the exact destination.)

Credit Card:
Simply submit us your credit card number, expiry date, and security
code. We will debit your card as soon as your order is ready to be shipped.
Please note that due to legal limitations we will only send your order
to the cardholder`s address ! We ask for your understanding that we
cannot send the goods to any different destination in order to protect
our customers and ourselves. Orders for more than 5.000,- EURO have
to be confirmed by your bank or credit card institute by fax, confirming
the name and full residential address of the cardholder.

Warranty
and Right to Exchange:

offer a 3-year-warranty on all musical instruments and equipment (software
is exempted) to endusers and private musicians.
Musical instruments and other Equipment purchased by traders for any
professional purpose are under a 12-month-warranty !
